Enter credentials only in the PATT sign-in form. Do not put passwords, access tokens or database details into an AI chat or an email to support.
Common questions
| What happened? | What to check |
|---|---|
| A report or client is unavailable | Check the connection’s consent, your current PATT role, event selection and the dataset you requested. Reporting permission and CRM permission are different. |
| The connection stopped after a password change or expiry | Start Connect again in ChatGPT and review the new approval. A password change invalidates the previous account verification. |
| A query is too large or slow | Narrow the event selection or date range. A smaller result page does not always reduce the amount of source data processed. |
| A value is unknown | Read the metric definition and quality notes. Missing currency or source evidence is not automatically zero. Operational Stats estimates and recorded-payment evidence have different requirements. |
| Totals differ from another screen | Compare the metric, selected currency, dates, ticket/table scope and quality. Ticket entries are not unique people, and operational value is not a reconciled capture or payout. |
| Rate limited or network error | Wait for any indicated retry period. If it persists, send the sanitized error code and approximate time to support. A network error alone does not establish a permission denial. |
Disconnect an application
Open Connected AI apps, sign in, and use Disconnect app for the relevant connection. Check the result; if an error is shown, retry or contact support rather than assuming the operation succeeded.
Signing out of that management page ends its browser session and keeps existing app connections active. Disconnecting revokes future access through that connection, but does not erase PATT business records or results already delivered to ChatGPT. Use the appropriate provider’s controls for copies it holds.
Send a useful support request
Include the app name, the operation you attempted, approximate time and timezone, and a sanitized error code if available. Remove passwords, tokens, authorization URLs, customer details and other unnecessary personal data from messages and screenshots.
For the data handled by this connection, see the privacy notice. No response-time or uptime guarantee is made on this page.
