PATT PRO · terms
Terms for this read-only connection.
These terms cover the PATT PRO AI connection provided under licence by SIYA CONECTA. Contact support@patt.club for service support and questions.
Scope of the service
The connection provides read-only access to selected PATT event, staff and client information through a supported AI application. It requires an eligible PATT account and the relevant current permissions. It does not make purchases, sell or refund tickets, edit events, scan admission, pay commissions or send client messages.
These connection terms concern this integration. Separate agreements may govern your underlying PATT account, event business or AI-provider account.
Account and data authority
Use an account you are authorized to access. Approve only a connection you initiated, protect your credentials, and request only information you are permitted to use. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, expose admission credentials or obtain unrelated private information.
Your organisation’s rules and applicable obligations for attendee, client and staff data continue to apply. Access to a contact or birthday does not establish permission to send marketing communications. Additional data scopes do not replace the underlying PATT permissions.
Understand the returned information
Reports use their named operational definitions, selected currencies, scopes and quality flags. Event Stats estimates can rely on stated currency conventions; other recorded-money values may remain unknown. They do not establish captured or settled amounts, refunds, profit or commissions payable. Check the relevant source and accounting records before relying on a figure for a financial decision.
Ticket entries, table seats and client identities are different units. Configured prices and booking switches do not prove live availability, eligibility or a final purchase quote. Results describe the selected bounded data and may not reconstruct complete historical activity.
Queries and availability
Queries have processing, page and usage limits. A request may need a narrower event selection, return an error or remain unavailable. Read returned coverage and pagination information before treating results as complete. An AI-generated explanation can misinterpret valid results; verify important conclusions against the returned data and definitions.
Connection controls
You may revoke an application’s connection through Connected AI apps. Current permissions, password changes, authorization expiry and revocation can end access. Removing a connection does not recall information already delivered to the AI provider.
The privacy notice describes this connection’s data processing. Request help at support@patt.club.
